We started on the third and celebrated through the 4th. We let the kids have fun with poppers and sparklers and then sat down for a show by dad. it was a good one but we had to turn our head and watch the flickers on the wall. They were so bright.
On the 4th we took the boat out and had a good time. It was fun to watch people try to launch their boats with out a launch ramp. We have had so much rain that the ramp was under water. Scott helped many people with their boats. We even loaned our plug to someone else because they lost it in the water. He actually mailed it back to us the next day. We are glad to see that there are still honest people around.
