Chicken 'n' Green Bean Casserole

Joshlynn was in charge of dinner on Tuesday and this is what she made up. I was in the background helping her get the measurements right and guiding her with what might taste good what might not. along with this she made mashed potatoes and a salad. It was delicious.

Chicken 'n' Green Bean Casserole By Joshlynn Knight July 2010

You will need:
5 pieces boneless, skinless chicken
two cans of green beanstwo cans of cream of mushroom
chopped onions
one cup of milk
bread crumbs
pepper
Directions:
Pan fry chicken in olive oil and seasonings of choice(we used season all and a garlic and herb medley). While chicken is cooking, combine green beans, cream of mushroom, chopped onions, and one cup of milk. Stir. Add fresh ground pepper to taste. Cut chicken into small pieces. Add chicken to soup mix. Pour into 9x13 dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle bread crumbs to cover casserole. Bake 5 more minutes.
